This Is For You If…

It started as an injury.

But it didn't stay one.

It crept into your head. Into your confidence. Into the way you look at yourself when no one else is watching.

You didn't just lose trust in your body. You lost trust in your mind.

Now every time you try to come back, something stops you before you even start. The block isn't in the tendon anymore. It's in the thoughts.

Maybe you're at rock bottom right now. Maybe the people around you can't actually see what this has taken from you.

Maybe you feel completely alone in it.

Read this slowly: you're not.

This was built for the person standing at the bottom of the mountain, staring up, quietly wondering if they've still got it in them to climb.

If that's you — you're exactly who I made this for.

My Story

It started with a patella tendon tear. These photos are snapshots from that climb back.

May this version of me rest in peace. This was moments before my entire life fell apart.

I tore my patella tendon.

And everything I'd built myself on stopped overnight.

I stopped training. I stopped showing up. I told myself it was temporary — I'd come back when the pain settled, when life calmed down, when I felt ready.

I never felt ready.

16 kilos later, I didn't recognise the man in the mirror. I'd lost the strength, sure. But more than that, I'd lost the belief that I was someone who could rebuild.

I wasn't just injured. I was lost.

And that version of me is exactly who I built this for. Because I know what it's like to look at an old photo of yourself and grieve someone who's still alive.

But I didn't stay there.

Brick by brick, I rebuilt — my body, my mind, and the belief that I could come back at all.

This is how I created my path back.

How It Works

Seven weeks. One focus each week. Around 25 minutes of video per week — watch it, sit with it, then apply it.

My honest recommendation: to get the absolute most out of these seven weeks, watch each video and read the matching chapter in the workbook alongside it. The video plants it. The chapter drives it deeper.

  1. Watch Week 1 free — no account, no form.
  2. Enter your email to unlock weeks 2–7 and join the accountability group.
  3. Move through all seven weeks at your own pace.

You Won't Be Doing This Alone

When you sign up, you'll get accountability and support emails 2–3 times a week. No sales pitches. No fluff. Just a steady reminder that someone's in your corner — the entire way up the mountain.

What You Get

  • 7 weeks of ~25-minute video training built to rewire how you see yourself
  • Accountability and support emails 2–3x a week, so you're never climbing alone
  • A structure that holds on the days motivation doesn't
  • The exact framework I used to rebuild after my own injury
  • An optional paper workbook to go deeper alongside each week (coming soon)

All free. No card required.

One Day You Will Stop Lying To Yourself.
The Only Question Is When.

You already know what staying the same costs you.

You’ve been paying the bill for years.

Another year of this is not neutral. It is not “fine.” It is not “at least I’m stable.” It is another year of that quiet thief walking out the door with pieces of you that you will not get back.

The scariest thing is not change.

The scariest thing is looking up at sixty and realising you spent your whole life rehearsing a life you never actually lived.

You do not need permission.

You do not need to feel ready.

You do not need to wait until Monday, or the new year, or after this next thing settles down.

You need to move.

The door is open. It has always been open. The only thing standing between you and the rest of your life is the version of you that keeps pretending this isn’t urgent.

It is.
